MSBA’s Legal Excellence Week kicks off with the Advanced Real Property Institute on March 14, 2022, at 9 am!
One of the Advanced Real Property Institute highlights is the Keynote: A Conversation with Toby Bozzuto regarding the Future of Multifamily and Mixed-Use Development in a post-COVID-19 World.
The Advanced Real Property Institute also offers the latest from experienced faculty on hot topics in real property law such as:
- Bankruptcy and Commercial Leasing: Views from the Bench and Private Practice
- Preserving Affordable Housing in Maryland: New and Expanded Local Rights of First Refusal Systems
- What Maryland Courts are Saying about Real Property Matters

Surrounding MCLE states will offer 7.0 hours of CLE credits and 6.0 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education credits for the program. This program is also approved for 7.0 general credits by the National Federation of Paralegal Associations Inc.
