Join the MSBA, ABA Section of Litigation, and the American College of Trial Lawyers, for Anatomy of a Trial: A Trial Skills Bootcamp on Thursday, March 23, 2023! 

This exciting program, presented at the federal court in Greenbelt, Maryland, will feature a faculty of stellar, nationally recognized trial lawyers and judges. Registrants will see lectures, demonstrations, and panel discussions on the important aspects of trial advocacy. One session during the day features a panel discussion with judges on what trial judges want from trial lawyers. The facts of an historic case, “The Rosenberg Spy Case”, will be the basis for the trial that will unfold during the day.

The program is co-chaired by Harriet Cooperman, Esq., Saul Ewing LLP, Charles “Chad” I. Joseph, Esq., Baxter, Baker and Paul Mark Sander, Esq., Shapiro Sher Guinot & Sandler PA. 

Seating is limited to courtroom capacity. Each registrant will receive a digital copy of  “The Art of Persuasion: Essays on Rhetoric in the Courtroom” by program co-chair Paul Mark Sandler, Esq. Lunch will be served in the court house, a networking reception will conclude the day.
