Please join the MSBA on December 4th at 12:00pm for another Fit Friday Session. MSBA Director of the Lawyer Assistance Program, Lisa Caplan, will be leading the session with tips to stay mentally and emotionally healthy during this holiday season.  The holidays are here, and while that can mean a time for fun and festivities, it can also be a source of stress.

Singleton Mathews is back and will be leading a Tabata workout. Tabata is a high intensity interval training workout. This workout will use your body weight with exercises such as push ups, sit ups, squats, planks, and more. No equipment is needed for this workout.

This workout can be completed anywhere – in your house, apartment, out at a park, in your basement, office, wherever.
