Johns Hopkins University (JHU) is seeking volunteers to serve as judges for its Annual Blue Jay Invitational Mock Trial Tournament January 26-27, 2019, at JHU’s Baltimore campus. No prior experience with undergraduate mock trial is necessary, just a passion for the law.

The competition consists of four rounds, with two rounds taking place on January 26 and two rounds on January 27. You can volunteer to judge one or more of these rounds. JHU prefers (for logistical reasons) that you volunteer for a whole day, but will accommodate schedules that do not allow for that.

Undergraduate mock trial is truly a formative experience for everyone who takes part in it. By serving as a mock trial judge, you are directly impacting the next generation of young attorneys.

If you are interested in judging, please fill out this brief informational form, or email hopkinstrial@gmail.com to learn more.
