The MSBA is seeking article submissions for the next two issues of the Maryland Bar Journal.  The theme for the next issue is “Race & the Law,” followed by “Science & Medicine in the Law.”  If you have an idea for an article associated with this theme, please submit your proposal through the MSBA Content Submission Portal on our website:  msba.org/content-portal. MSBA will contact you if your topic is selected.

If selected for inclusion in the Maryland Bar Journal, submissions are due as follows:

• articles on Race and the Law must be received by Monday, January 31, 2022
• articles on Science & Medicine in the Law must be received by Thursday, March 31, 2022.

Articles should be approximately 1500-2000 words in length, utilize footnote or endnote citations, and be submitted in Word or Google Doc format.

In addition, the MSBA is always seeking articles on emerging issues or areas of law.  These articles may also be submitted through the MSBA Content Portal, and are typically 750-1000 words in length.  Please utilize footnote or endnote citations and submit your article in Word or Google Doc format.
