The MCLE Task Force Listening Sessions are now complete, however, the MSBA is still accepting feedback regarding the proposed adoption of MCLE requirements. To share your thoughts, visit our dedicated Feedback Portal or complete the member-wide survey sent to your registered email address.

After reviewing and considering the member feedback, the Task Force will make a recommendation to the MSBA Board of Governors who will then submit a response to the Judiciary on behalf of the organization by the close of the Judiciary’s open comment period. 

All MSBA feedback channels will remain open until October 27th, 2023.
