MEG ALEXANDER has joined Andalman & Flynn’s family law practice group as an associate. Prior to joining Andalman & Flynn, Alexander served as a law clerk to the Honorable Shana Frost Matini and the Honorable Adrienne Noti at D.C. Superior Court. Alexander graduated cum laude from American University Washington College of Law and is a graduate of Fordham University.

 

KAITLIN COREY has been named among The Daily Record’s Leading Women Under 40 for 2022. The Daily Record’s Leading Women awards honor women who are 40 years of age or younger for the accomplishments they have made so far in their careers. Winners were selected for the honor based on their professional experience, community involvement, and commitment to inspiring change.

A partner at Goodell DeVries, Corey represents a wide range of clients in intellectual property law and litigation and tax law. Her practice spans everything from trademark litigation to multi-million dollar business transactions and tax controversy work. She speaks regularly on copyright and trademark law and is an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she co-teaches Trademarks and Unfair Competition Law with Jim Astrachan. She is immediate Past Chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the Maryland State Bar Association. Corey also serves as General Counsel for the Annapolis Police Foundation and as a Dean of the Lawyers’ Campaign for CollegeBound.

ANNIE KENVILLE has joined Baker Donelson’s Government Enforcement & Investigations Group in Baltimore as an associate.

 

 

JAMES J. MCKITTRICK, JR. has joined Gordon Feinblatt LLC. McKittrick is an Associate in the Business team who brings legal experience corporate, tax and employee benefits matters.

He received his J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and is a graduate of University of South Carolina Moore School of Business.

 

KIMBERLY J. MCLEAN has joined Gordon Feinblatt LLC. McLean is Counsel in the firm’s Technology & Intellectual Property practice. She brings more than 20 years of patent prosecution experience, including being a primary patent examiner. She attended University of Baltimore School of Law and holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the State University of New York in Binghamton and Morgan State University, respectively.

DARCI M. SMITH has joined Gordon Feinblatt LLC as an Associate in the firm’s Health Care team. She has more than six years of experience in health insurance law and policy with a focus in Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act compliance and enforcement. She attended University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and is a graduate of State University of  New York.
