Please be advised of the Public Notice that the Court of Appeals Standing Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure posted on the Judiciary Website on October 23, 2018, drawing attention to proposed revisions to the Rules in Title 18, Chapter 400, “Judicial Disabilities and Discipline“.

Comments should be sent to the Rules Committee as directed in the Notice no later than Friday, November 9, 2018.

The Rules Committee will be considering the proposed revisions at its next open meeting on Friday, November 16, 2018.
