Attendees will be provided with tips – from a plaintiff’s perspective – for streamlining auto tort cases both prior to litigation, as well as during litigation but prior to court. Attendees will learn tips for how to quickly and efficiently prepare an auto tort case for trial. Attendees will also be provided with tips on how to prepare a plaintiff for trial testimony. Over the course of 25 years, the presenter has tried over 500 District Court trials throughout Maryland.
