This course, led by Leonard Stamm, Esq. and Andrew Alpert, Esq., will show you how to identify and handle issues that are important in preparing to defend a DUI case, from the initial stop of the vehicle, the roadside investigation, the breath test, to plea negotiations, trial and sentencing.
