The MSBA Department of Learning and Publications is excited to offer an all new presentation The Maryland Trial Advocacy Instituteon May 4th-7th, 2020 at the University of Baltimore, MD! 

This Institute is designed to help develop trial lawyers through a unique process of observing and learning from some of the leading litigators and judges in the state, who generously volunteer their time and experience as faculty. Through a combination of team teaching and actual trial practice with faculty critiques, participants will have a chance to develop effective trial advocacy skills. Each day will focus on opening and closing statements, direct and cross examination, and the program will conclude with a day devoted to a full bench trial conducted by each student.
