Four foundational issues that have emerged from this jurisprudence of emergency are abortion and reproductive rights; the constitutional doctrine of the separation of church and state; the precarious status of federal disability civil rights statutes; and the potential of state imposed mandatory vaccination to protect the public’s health. This program will address these issues that raise serious constitutional protection concerns.
