A Few Reflections on the Post-COVID19 Legal World

Description

Four foundational issues that have emerged from this jurisprudence of emergency are abortion and reproductive rights; the constitutional doctrine of the separation of church and state; the precarious status of federal disability civil rights statutes; and the potential of state imposed mandatory vaccination to protect the public’s health. This program will address these issues that raise serious constitutional protection concerns.

Presented by Candace Groudine Ph.D, Esq.

One hour of CLE credit will be offered to the surrounding MCLE states. This program is also approved for 1.0 general credits by the National Federation of Paralegal Associations Inc. (NFPA).
